Our spacious, modern practice is located at 40 Main Street # 202 Florence, MA Cooley Dickinson Medical Group Plastic Surgery (formerly Northampton Plastic Surgery) is committed to restoring and enhancing form and function in the least invasive way possible. Role Overview
We are seeking a part-time, 32-hour Patient Services Representative (PSR) to support the practice onsite. The schedule for this role is 4 weekdays 8:30am-5:00pm. The PSR serves as the face of our medical group and plays a key role in managing the patient experience on the reception/administrative support side. We are looking for well-rounded customer service professionals who can multi-task, prioritize, and thrive in this high-volume outpatient setting
