    Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Float Pool



    Welcome to the exciting opportunity to become part of our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Float Pool. If you are looking for a dynamic RN position with competitive compensation, this is the perfect fit for you. In this role, you will have the flexibility to work across different areas of the hospital based on staffing needs.

    As a Registered Nurse in the Float Pool, you will need a minimum of 1 year of experience in medical surgical telemetry RN. Our team members typically rotate through various departments such as neuro med surg telemetry, stepdown/IMC, critical care, ED, and ED Boarders, depending on their prior experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver proficient nursing care to patients and families with diverse needs.
    • Identify and analyze complex problems in patient populations.
    • Plan appropriate interventions for patients directly or through collaboration with other nurses.

    Qualifications:

    • ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing.
    • Prior Clinical Nursing Experience preferred, with a strong emphasis on medical surgical/telemetry RN experience.
    • Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required. ACLS certification is strongly preferred.
