They work with the clinical nursing staff to establish a culture of best practices through a common vision, common language, goals and metrics,
In conjunction with the associate chief nursing officer, and chief nursing officer will provide leadership to deliver high quality, cost effective patient care by setting clear expectations for safe, high quality patient care and establishing an evidence based practice expectation and focus for all professional nursing practice,
