Job summary
The EHS Specialist is responsible for developing implementing and administering environmental health and safety protection programs affecting employee public safety occupational health fire protection prevention and equipment property protection.Primary purpose:
Responsible for developing implementing and administering health safety protection programs affecting employee public safety occupational health fire protection prevention and equipment property protection Serve as a resource for line management to develop administer a proactive prevention program for accidents illness Provide technical assistance departments ensure compliance applicable Federal State company environmental health safety regulations Conducts compliance evaluations equipment structures work progress ensure regulatory EHS standards company all applicable codes followed Recommends facilities specifications carry out programs full-fill organizations overall objectives Prepares reviews technical reports correspondence procedure manuals Establishes maintains licenses permits required
