Role: Senior Oracle Fusion Consultant with Peoplesoft Migration exp.(Hybrid)

Location: St.Louis MO

NOTE: Must have migration experience from Peoplesoft On prem to Oracle fusion cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain PeopleSoft on‑prem environments, including development, administration, and security functions
• Design, build, and develop PeopleSoft data models and configurations to meet business requirements
• Lead and execute PeopleSoft to Oracle Fusion migration efforts, including planning, execution, and post‑migration support
• Work across functional and technical teams to ensure successful system transitions
• Support Oracle Fusion environments post‑migration, including configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization
• Ensure data integrity, security, and performance throughout migration and ongoing operations
• Provide subject matter expertise on best practices for PeopleSoft and Oracle Fusion coexistence and transition strategies

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands‑on experience with PeopleSoft (on‑prem)
• Proven experience with Oracle Fusion
• Background covering development, administration, and security within PeopleSoft and/or Fusion
• Direct experience migrating from PeopleSoft to Oracle Fusion (required)
• Experience building and developing PeopleSoft models
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of migration initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Multiple end‑to‑end PeopleSoft → Oracle Fusion migration projects
• Experience supporting environments during parallel run or phased migrations
• Strong communication skills for working with business and technical stakeholders
