    Description

    We're in search of a skilled and detail-oriented Lead Distillate Extractor who is passionate about the cannabis industry and possesses strong leadership abilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cannabis extraction (KD-10) , particularly in distillation processes, and a proven track record of managing teams and optimizing production workflows. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative work environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and supervise a team of extractors, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure consistent performance and adherence to quality standards.
    • Oversee all aspects of distillation processes, including equipment operation, process optimization, and product quality control.
    • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices to improve efficiency, safety, and product consistency.
    • Monitor production metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development initiatives and implement process improvements.
    • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.
    • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure proper maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
    • Maintain accurate production records and documentation to track batch information, yields, and quality metrics.
