    Our organization has an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and dedicated Insurance and Aftermarket Products Cancellation Clerk. The role involves handling all cancellation and refund processes for warranties and aftermarket policies purchased by our customers efficiently and accurately. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and can work well both independently and as part of a team.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Process cancellations of extended warranty and insurance policies
    • Collect all necessary documents for cancellations
    • Calculate and process refunds accurately
    • Post general ledger entries in a timely manner
    • Reconcile statements for all cancellations
    • Maintain clean accounting schedules
    • Respond to customer and vendor inquiries
    • Organize files for all companies accurately
    • Communicate with managers on financial matters
    • Carry out other tasks as required within the Accounting Department

    Job Requirements

    • Handle pressure well in a fast-paced environment
    • Understanding of automotive dealership accounting processes
    • Ability to manage accounting figures and records accurately
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
    • Proficient in computer skills and data entry
    • Intermediate Excel proficiency
    • Knowledge of uploading Excel spreadsheet templates
    • Maintain positive employee relations
