- Analyze financial data, perform financial forecasts, draw conclusions, and make recommendations.
- Assist with preparing annual budgets, operating plans, and forecasts in consultation with each line of business and/or the FP&A Business Partner.
- Perform various scenarios and what-if analysis and analyze the financial impact of credit union initiatives to assist management in making informed business decisions.
- Assist FP&A Business Partner with special projects and various ad hoc analysis (i.e. ROI, NPV, IRR, cost savings, revenue analysis, etc.) to be used for informed decision making.

This position would provide lines of business and executive leadership with financial analysis to be used for strategic decision making. This position would be responsible for business analysis, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.FP&A Analyst I will perform work under direct supervision. Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.
FP&A Analyst II will perform work under general supervision. Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter.
