Job summary
The Facility Operations Specialist manages water quality samples tests reports and mitigation related to water quality including legionella represents FMS at the Water Quality Safety and Environment of Care Counsel generates contract documents and manages procurement of equipment or service vendors.Manage fuel storage system facilitate procurement of equipment or service vendors perform trouble shooting on monitoring storage delivery systems maintain compliance with local state federal regulations prepare present Utility Systems Management Plan update facility directive when required serve Contracting Officers Representative on all maintenance services contracts monitor quality aspects ensure contractors comply contractual requirements certify completion effort prepare Material Inspection Receiving Reports develop keep current Medical Center policies meet periodic maintenance testing utility systems write review specifications for maintenance repair facilities include description materials work methods follow determine priority work accomplished advise maintenance personnel required repairs monitor work being performed provide inspection acceptance report completed work evaluate condition facility components plants buildings on going repairs ensure complete compliance Joint Commission Accreditation Healthcare Organizations Standards maintain Joint Commission Records continuously monitor compliance
