- Respond promptly to emergency calls for drywall installation, repair, and finishing post water, fire, mold, or other incidents.
- Evaluate the scope of drywall damage and devise appropriate repair strategies.
- Effectively remove and dispose of damaged drywall materials.
- Adhere to building codes and industry standards when installing new drywall panels.
- Perform joint compound application, seam taping, and surface sanding to achieve a polished finish.
- Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues such as project managers and field technicians.
- Maintain a tidy and organized work environment.
- Uphold the company's stringent safety and customer service standards.
- Availability for after-hours and weekend emergency response work (rotational schedule).
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Drywall Installation or Finishing.
- Preferred bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to thrive under pressure.
- Proficient in multitasking.
- Thorough understanding of drywall installation techniques.
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations related to drywall projects.
- Comfortable using various software and applications for documentation and timekeeping.
