    Salary Range: $66,560 - $87,100 DOE

    Job Summary:

    Under the direction of the Senior Administrative Manager, the Administrative Manager is responsible for coordinating the alignment of administrative support across their assigned sites and the Agency. The Administrative Manager is a primary contact for the Executive Director and must be able to establish a strong partnership with them to ensure administrative support is effectively provided at the site.

    Essential Functions:
    • Acts as a liaison to each assigned site and maintains effective communication and coordination with the Executive Director and site leadership to support office logistics, information management and site accounting tasks.
    • Partners with regional and site leaders to create alignment and efficiency of administrative processes across the region and Agency when appropriate.
    • Supervises, directs and develops assigned administrative supervisors.
    • Partners with fiscal team to develop, implement, and maintain a program accounting system, to include accounts payable, accounts receivable, contracts, procurement, petty cash expenditures and employee payroll system.
    • Facilitates the implementation of new administrative processes and systems across the Agency.
    • Partners with program leadership to develop, implement and maintain systems for controlling incoming and outgoing written communications, data collection, and comprehensive records management.
    • Creates and facilitates administrative trainings based on business needs.
    Minimum Required Education and Experience:
    • Associates degree in a business-related field. Two years of experience supervising administrative support can be substituted for the Associates degree.
    • Three years of administrative support experience including one year of supervisory experience.
    • Must be able to travel to assigned sites as needed: Stockton, Manteca, West Sacramento, Fairfiled.
    Position/Program Requirements:
    • Must possess a valid California driver's license, personal automobile insurance and driving record that meets the standards outlined in the Agency's Personnel Policy: Motor Vehicle Operating Standards.
    • Must be physically and mentally fit in accordance with the Agency's Personnel Policy: Physical Fitness Standards and Examinations. Must be willing to complete a Tuberculosis (TB) test and drug screening test.
    • Must complete a personal background investigation conducted by the State of California.
    Physical Requirements:
    • Have an adequate range of body motion and mobility to work in a residential, office or outdoor environment including standing and walking (even and uneven surfaces), alternating between standing and sitting for extended periods of time, bending, kneeling, twisting, reaching balancing and occasional carrying and lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally, and up to 10 pounds frequently.
    • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time in a vehicle for traveling which may be up to 100 miles driving distance.
