Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM Programme Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise transformation programme based onsite in Denver.
This role will be responsible for end-to-end programme leadership across Oracle Cloud ERP and Supply Chain Management (SCM) implementations, ensuring delivery alignment across business, technology, and third-party partners.
This is a hands-on programme leadership role requiring strong executive stakeholder engagement, governance oversight, and delivery accountability across multiple workstreams.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the full lifecycle delivery of an Oracle Cloud ERP and SCM transformation programme
Oversee multiple workstreams (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Order Management, etc.)
Drive programme governance, RAID management, and executive reporting
Manage system integrators and third-party vendors
Ensure alignment between business objectives and Oracle Cloud solution design
Lead steering committees and C-level stakeholder engagement
Manage programme financials, budget tracking, and forecasting
Oversee change management and business readiness activities
Ensure adherence to project methodology and best practices
Mitigate risks and resolve cross-functional dependencies
Support cutover planning and go-live execution
Required Experience
10+ years of programme management experience in large enterprise environments
Proven leadership delivering Oracle Cloud ERP and SCM implementations
Deep understanding of:
Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA)
Procurement & Sourcing
Inventory & Supply Chain
Manufacturing / Order Management (preferred)
Experience managing global or multi-site deployments
Strong vendor and systems integrator management experience
Demonstrated success delivering programmes >$10M
Experience working in highly matrixed organizations
Excellent executive communication and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with phased or global rollouts
Prior experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain-intensive industries
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification
Strong familiarity with Oracle implementation methodologies (OUM, AIM, or hybrid Agile approaches)
