    Sourcing Manager

    The Sourcing Manager will execute the company's global sourcing strategy and play an essential role in our expanding global team. We offer competitive benefits including medical, 401k, paid vacation and holiday, and much more.

    What you will do

    • Support company's global sourcing strategies.
    • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, establish initial relationships, including both US domestic and overseas suppliers.
    • Manage communication with suppliers on RFQ, contract negotiation, performance compliance, and opportunity for improvement.
    • Collaborate with internal teams in Asia on product development, brand / packaging, and logistic requirements.
    • Maintain ongoing supplier relationships; develop and execute supplier review process.
    • Travel to industry events and supplier locations as required.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    What you will bring

    • 3+ years experience in sourcing automotive parts from either US or overseas suppliers.
    • Knowledge of contract negotiation.
    • Computer fluency in Microsoft Office Suites. Expert level fluency in Excel.
    • Solid communication skills.
    • Demonstrated understanding on success factors working with international teams.

    Additional Requirement

    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • Must have prior experience working in the automotive aftermarket.
    • US work authorization required.
