    RESPONSIBILITIES:


    We are seeking a manufacturing manager for a thriving aerospace company in Carson City, NV In this role, you will be scheduling, planning, and supervising the day-to-day operations of one more production departments.

    Lead and develop assigned team to ensure On Time Delivery (OTD) while maintaining quality standardsAssign production responsibilities, work plans, and schedules to ensure timely completion of productsCoordinate with various departments to meet schedules, budgets, and resolve issuesAssist in troubleshooting production process problems, minimizing costs and preventing delaysEnforce quality standards, monitor workmanship, and provide corrective action for issuesExecute manufacturing strategy, including Lean Six Sigma initiatives, and promote continuous improvement


    ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:


    Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or related/relevant coursework or equivalent combination of education and experience2+ years of technically related experience or 2+ years of general supervisory/managerial/leadership experienceProficient in computerized database management and presentation systems.

    Strong machining experienceSupport strategic plans to meet cost, productivity, and quality objectives.
    Actively promote a healthy workforce and resource sustainability.
