Role and Responsibilities:
As a Field Service Engineer, you will -

Install, maintain, and repair industrial equipment at customer sites.
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues; perform necessary repairs efficiently.
Respond to customer service calls; provide technical support either remotely or on-site.
Conduct training sessions for customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide insights for improving production and performance.
Daily local travel


Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should bring the following qualifications:
Minimum of 8+ years in
Technical degree in a relevant field
Experience working for a systems integrator preferred
Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics
Background with SCADA systems, HMIs, and PLCs
Knowledge of industrial networks
