Job summary
We are seeking a highly organized, friendly, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the owners (husband and wife dentists) of Caring Smiles Family Dentistry in West Bloomfield. This unique hybrid role equally combines traditional executive support with personal assistant responsibilities to help manage the day-to-day needs of a busy professional household and growing dental practice.The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a sharp attention to detail,and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with discretion and care. You'll assist with scheduling project coordination errands event planning communication both in the office at times remotely from home whether it's helping organize team events decorating offices or making family reservations you'll play an essential role in helping doctors stay organized in their professional lives.
