Job summary
The Permits Manager manages assigned staff; analyzes performance metrics, quarterly and annual reports to determine where improvements are needed for permitting processes and zoning review times; makes recommendations for budget and technology upgrades; oversees employee work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and control; reviews timesheets; approves/processes employee concerns and problems.

Maintains records of permit applications,yields information into database,
Liaison with other departments,
