Job Description:

The Bar Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service. The ideal candidate will be flexible, organized, and able to work well under pressure. Attention to detail and strong management skills are also essential for this position.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and training bar staff
• Ordering and maintaining inventory
• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Creating and implementing promotions and events
• Providing excellent customer service
• Handling customer complaints and issues
• Managing the bar's budget and finances

The Bar Manager will work closely with the owner and other managers to ensure the success of the bar. This is a full-time position with flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
