As an Accounts Payable Specialist at TASI Measurement you will be responsible for processing vendor invoices ensuring three-way matching with purchase orders (POs) and receiving reports for raw materials equipment other manufacturing-related expenses.Ensure timely payments to suppliers reconcile vendor accounts resolve discrepancies related to price variances quantity mismatches or defective materials.Communicate with vendors regarding payment status discrepancies resolution of outstanding invoices.Allocate costs to appropriate departments projects cost centers ensuring accuracy financial reporting.Verify W-9 tax documentation initiate address updates as needed.Prepare process weekly payment runs including generating EFT files initiating payments.Send ACH wire remittance advice via Power Automate.Business Central.Review aged payables report ensure past-due invoices.Clear regular communication maintenance accurate records tracking.Average annual salary: $60-$80 thousand.Based upon provided compensation data general location assuming standard full-time hours ten percent more than US average half cost-of-living adjustment average total reward without considering taxes deductibles insurance perks etc..
