The opportunityDelaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Food and Beverage Supervisors to join our team at Truist Park in Atlanta, Georgia.

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of service are provided to our guests.

What will you do?Assist in maintaining the planned bar and restaurant cost of sales Hire, train, and manage an effective group of team members, providing feedback on their job responsibilities with alignment to Delaware North programs and service standards Partner with the kitchen team to ensure guests are served the highest quality mealsAssist with the management of staffing levels in accordance with budgets and business volumeResolve guest complaints and issues throughout serviceAssist with food orders, food running, and server duties as neededMore about youNo college degree requiredTwo years of related supervisory experience requiredExcellent verbal, written, organizational, and time-management skillsWord-processing, spreadsheets, and email skills required.
