    Job Title: Forklift Operator
    Company: 48forty Solutions

    Hourly Pay:
    $16.00/hr


    Shift(s):
    Mon-Fri 5:00am - 1:00pm


    Location:
    Memphis, TN

    Job Summary:
    The forklift operator at 48forty Solutions plays a crucial role in moving pallets and materials within the pallet plant. Responsibilities include supporting production needs, loading/unloading trailers, and sorting pallets effectively for maximum efficiency.



    Key Responsibilities:
    • Forklift experience preferred
    • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
    • Adherence to safety rules and regulations
    • Willingness to work in a labor-intensive environment
    • Effective communication skills
    • Previous experience in related fields preferred

    Work Environment:
    This role requires working in varying conditions, lifting heavy weights, and maintaining focus on safety at all times. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory, and good balance and coordination are essential.
