Come Join ReSource Pro Your Role As a Senior Project Manager Tech Services you will be responsible for leading highly complex enterprise-level technology programs across multiple clients This role will combine deep domain understanding of insurance operations with strong delivery leadership to drive successful implementations migrations integrations and modernization initiatives across core systems data platforms and AI automation solutions We hire the best because we believe great people create exceptional experiences That s why we hire individuals who not only bring talent and passion but who thrive in our unique culture and live out our Core Values Commitment to Community Teamwork Passion for Excellence Service Centric Best Self All remote positions are based in the United States candidates must reside within the U.S. to be eligible for consideration In This Role You Will Define oversee and govern multiple concurrent client projects of high complexity and strategic importance Establish implement best practices frameworks governance models for program project delivery Develop manage integrated project roadmaps across workstreams Manage project timelines resources effectively ensure project delivery within defined parameters Drive adoption standardized processes tools templates engagements Proactively manage project risks issues identifying opportunities efficiency developing implementing appropriate mitigation escalation automation plans Monitor control budgets timelines scope ensuring alignment client strategy contractual agreements Ensure organizational resources aligned business client priorities Contribute evolution insurance technology service offerings including Core system implementation optimization e.g Guidewire Duck Creek Vertafore Applied Data migration conversion factories M&A integration support Intelligent automation RPA workflow AI-assisted underwriting servicing Analytics reporting modernization Support pre-sales efforts solution design estimates proposals executive presentations Partner executive leadership drive strategic growth initiatives Serve strategic advisor clients aligning project delivery business goals demonstrating understanding unique business goals activity Manage escalations diplomacy solution-oriented approach Collaborate clients reprioritize realign work evolving business needs Provide transparent executive-level reporting communication on project status Establish delivery standards accelerators governance frameworks Drive skills development insurance platforms data conversion integrations automation tools What You Need To Be Successful Bachelor Degree Computer Science Software Engineering IT related field 10+ years relevant experience software implementations program/project management IT/software environments 5+ years managing enterprise-scale multi-stakeholder high complexity projects Project Management Professional PMP certification preferred Strong understanding insurance operations underwriting policy administration billing claims agency workflows preferred Proven experience leading insurance system implementations modernization programs Experience managing complex data migrations system cutovers Hands-on experience insurance platforms Guidewire Duck Creek Vertafore Applied Epic similar Familiarity regulatory compliance considerations
