Job summary
The Prep Cook at the Big Chill Beach Club will cook and prepare a variety of food products including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables,sauces, stocks, breads and other food products using a variety of equipment and utensils according to the Daily Prep List.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years full-service restaurant kitchen experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States
- Must possess strong understanding of cooking methods & procedures, knight handling skills
