Job summary
This position will be key in guiding resource development and implementation of high quality YMCA Aquatic & Wellness programs to enhance the member and program participant YMCA experience.Responsibilities
- safety;
- policy compliance;
- leadership of aquatic & wellness initiatives including swim lessons, swim instructor development, lifeguard training, personal training, small group training, group exercise, in-service training;
- serve as subject matter expert to the Aquatics and Wellness teams and manages the related charts of work;
- dotted-line supervision of Center Aquatics & Wellness staff.
