    Description
    We're seeking a Maine-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide an evaluation-focused role with a short-term, smaller treatment caseload.

    This position is ideal for an SLP who enjoys assessments and report writing, values flexibility, and wants a manageable caseload without the pressure of full-time therapy volume.

    This role primarily focuses on completing speech and language evaluations, with limited direct therapy services.

    What You'll Do


    • Conduct comprehensive pediatric speech and language evaluations
    • Administer and interpret standardized and informal assessments
    • Write clear, timely, and compliant evaluation reports
    • Provide direct speech therapy to a small, short-term caseload for coverage of paid family and medical leave
    • Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary providers
    • Participate in team communication and care coordination
    • Supervise CFs and/or SLPAs in accordance with Maine licensure and ASHA requirements, if qualified and interested
    • Maintain documentation in alignment with MaineCare, school, and clinical standards, as applicable
    What We're Looking For


    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
    • Active Maine SLP license (ASHA CCCs preferred)
    • Experience with pediatric evaluations preferred
    • Comfortable working across clinic, school, or community-based settings
    • Strong written communication and organization skills
    • Supervisory experience or interest is a plus, not a requirement
    Position Details


    • Temporary xhmxlyz maternity leave coverage (May-August)
    • Competitive compensation based on experience and employment type
