    The Manager, RBDC IT serves as a hands-on liaison between business users, leadership, and the IT organization to collaboratively provide technical solutions to meet business needs. Possesses strong expertise in the business area(s) they support, as well as a firm understanding of the IT organization's technical landscape and capabilities.

    This role closely aligns with the business strategies for growth and field execution and sets the priorities for the IT organization to pursue them. Additionally, the Manager, works with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and dependent teams to ensure department and product transparency that allows further benefits to the organization in terms of cross-functional opportunities.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • DEPARTMENT PORTFOLIO OWNERSHIP

      Responsible for ownership and delivery of IT Solution commitments that provide tangible benefits to the organization

      Tracking and reporting projects status to the executive leadership

      Hands-on project related work in support of high quality deliverables and user experience

      Key decision making responsibility for change mgmt., redesign, or other project variables given business priorities

      Identifying and aligning key project resourcing through vendors, internal teams, HQ teams or others

      Ownership and responsible for high quality of project deliverables

      Overall responsibility for project budget management, through planning and revision cycles

      Responsible for clear handoff to support, while monitoring the solution and service for further improvement opportunities
    • BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP

      Responsible for the development and implementation of solution roadmaps

      Collaborate with management to develop annual budgets for respective business areas.

      Develop solution concepts and business cases for new investments.

      Perform business analysis and prepare recommendations and business plans as needed.

      Act as the key liaison across your functional areas, including business units, the information technology department, and outside vendors.

      Possess a broad knowledge of most technical and business resources and use them to effectively coordinate team members and external resources.

      Create a shared vision of their respective solutions and facilitate decision-making and arbitration relating to trade-offs both within and between different solution platforms.

      Create consensus with other functions regarding the timing of solution introductions and withdrawals.

      Identify, screen, and evaluate new solution opportunities to address unmet (internal and external) customer needs.

      Utilize the appropriate technologies and ensure that customers have the solutions they need when they need them and the tools best suited to their requirements.
    • TEAM MGMT. & MENTORSHIP

    • LOGISTICS AND SUPPLY CHAIN

      Drive projects related to Logistics/EDI system enhancements.

      This includes working with the Logistics Department to identify areas of opportunity to improve systems based on business needs.

      Define team strategy/approach in collaboration with business counterparts.

      Manage logistic and sales EDI functionality.

      Own supply chain topics and tools for the IT group.

      Partner with the Supply Chain team to understand existing processes and tools and recommend improvements.
    • POS PROCESSES

      Own IT aspects of Point of Sale (POS) materials Ordering and Planning System.

      Provide subject matter expertise and ensure data processes correctly both within Red Bull's SAP systems and across interfaces to Vendor partners.

      Manage releases and enhancements to existing solutions.
    EXPERIENCE

    Your areas of knowledge and expertise

    that matter most for this role:
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
    • A minimum of 5 yrs experience required
    • Experience leading IT projects or initiatives
    • Knowledge of enterprise systems. (SAP knowledge is plus SAP S/4 Hana, SAP APO, IBP)
    • Hands-on experience making configuration updates, documentation building, process implementation documentation, or support documentation
    • Critical thinking and decision-making skills
    • Experience with MS Office tools is a must
    • Travel 20-30%
