Employment Type: Temporary, W-2 Exempt (Approx. 3 months)
Compensation: Equivalent to $30.00 – $40.00 per hour (Hourly basis), with overtime voluntarily provided at 1.5x regular rate for hours worked over 40 per week
* Position Overview
PROCON E&C GA, Inc. is seeking motivated and reliable Project Workers for a temporary assignment of approximately three (3) months. This role supports construction project activities at our job site in Taylor, TX.
This position is classified as Exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA); however, for the duration of this project, the Company will provide voluntary overtime compensation for hours worked over 40 per week.
* Responsibilities
- Perform assigned project-related labor and support tasks at the jobsite.
- Follow Company safety policies, site-specific rules, and supervisor instructions.
- Maintain a professional and cooperative attitude while working in a team environment.
- Assist with project requirements as needed, including extended or weekend hours.
* Compensation & Benefits
- Regular Pay: Equivalent to $30.00 – $40.00 per hour (paid on a hourly basis).
- Overtime: 1.5x regular rate for hours worked over 40 in a week (voluntary company policy for this project only).
- Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly payroll.
* Additional Company-Provided Support:
- Meals: Lunch provided on workdays; dinner stipend of $250 bi-weekly.
- Housing: Shared company housing in Hutto, TX (utilities included).
- Transportation: Shared company vehicle for commuting between housing and jobsite.
- If the employee chooses to use their own vehicle instead of the company vehicle, the Company will provide fuel reimbursement only for job-related commuting.
- Airfare: Round-trip airfare between Austin, TX and Home reimbursed monthly (standard economy, 30-day advance booking).
* Requirements
- Ability to work full-time, approximately 40 hours per week
- Overtime work is mandatory if required by project needs.
- Ability to travel and reside in company-provided housing during the assignment.
- Must pass background check, E-Verify employment authorization, and drug screening prior to assignment.
- Construction or industrial site experience preferred but not required.
- Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork.
- OSHA-30 certification.
* Employment Terms
- Temporary hourly employment for up until July/2027.
- Employment is at-will, subject to extension or early termination based on project needs.

- 하도급업체 감독 지원: 하도급업체가 프로젝트 일정과 안전 규정을 준수하도록 관리 지원
- 보고 및 문서화: QA/QC 보고서 작성, 안전 기록 유지, 프로젝트 매니저에게 결과 보고
- 문제 해결: 엔지니어 및 매니저와 협력하여 현장 기술 및 안전 문제 해결 지원
- 근무 유연성: 필요 시 연장 및 주말 근무 수행 (프로젝트 필요 시 초과근무는 필수)
* 보상 및 복리후생
- 기본 급여: 시간당 $30.00 – $40.00 (Hourly Basis, 경력에 따라 결정)
- 초과근무 수당: 주 40시간 초과 시 1.5배 지급 (본 프로젝트에 한해 적용되는 회사 정책)
- 급여 지급: 격주(Bi-weekly) 지급

* 자격 요건

- 회사 제공 숙소에서 거주하며 프로젝트 수행 가능자
- 고용 전 배경조사, E-Verify 신원 확인, 약물 검사 통과 필수
- 건설 또는 산업 현장 근무 경험자 우대
- 안전, 성실, 팀워크에 대한 높은 책임감 보유자
- OSHA-30 자격증 보유자 우대
- 한국어 능력 보유 시 우대 (Big Plus)
* 고용 조건
- 계약 기간: 임시직 (2027년 7월까지)
- 해고 자유(At-Will): 고용은 At-Will 원칙에 따라 프로젝트 필요에 따라 조기 종료 또는 연장 가능
