The role of the Community Engagement Associate is crucial in meeting our clients' requirements. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing marketing and community engagement initiatives tailored to the target markets of our clients, serving as a link between us and the brand's customers.

Responsibilities of the Community Engagement Associate:

• Engage directly with consumers in specific markets to maintain consistent communication and promote client campaigns
• Manage product distribution to eligible consumers and serve as the primary contact during on-site community engagement events
• Handle order processing, item distribution, regular communication with participants, and carry out promotional activities to reach more community members in need
• Collaborate with the community engagement director to create and execute marketing and outreach plans for promoting products and programs
• Supervise the collection and upkeep of participant data to fulfill reporting obligations
• Support market research and community outreach activities in potential local communities

Requirements for the Community Engagement Associate:

• Prior experience in event marketing, field marketing, community engagement campaigns, product demos, communications, marketing, sales, event planning/coordinating, or brand promotions
• Volunteer work or involvement with charities and community initiatives is highly valued
• Excellent communication skills are essential
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with diverse teams
