    Lincoln Land Community College is looking for a qualified part-time instructor to teach sonography courses.

    The position requires didactic and lab instruction per program needs and may include a variety of topics such as abdominal, small parts, obstetrics/gynecologic, vascular, and cardiac sonography.

    Position Requirements


    Qualified candidates must have current professional ARDMS registry credentials in one or more of the following sonography specialty areas: abdomen, obstetrics/gynecology, vascular, adult echocardiography; a minimum of two years full-time related occupational experience as a sonographer preferably within the last 3 years; Bachelor's or an Associate's degree in the teaching field or a combination of equivalent related education and experience; demonstrated scanning competencies in one or more of the following sonography specialty areas: abdomen, obstetrics/gynecology, vascular, adult echocardiography.

    Teaching experience in the discipline is preferred and credentials must correlate with needed instructional topics. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening.
