- Assist in the development of solicitation packages and conducts reviews of contract specifications and contract change.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service NH-02/GS-11 equivalent
The pay band for this position, NH-3, is equivalent to GS-12 through GS-13
