- Fundamental network troubleshooting abilities
- Ninja RMM experience is a plus

- Providing technical support to individuals and organizations utilizing computer software, hardware, and other technical equipment
- Troubleshooting technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Installation and configuration of computer hardware & software
- Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates and hardware upgrades
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation, and offering training and support to end-users
- Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring user satisfaction
- Collaborating with other IT team members to resolve complex issues
- Diagnosing technical problems with hardware and software systems
- Monitoring systems for performance issues and implementing preventive measures
- Staying updated on new technologies and trends to recommend enhancements or new solutions for IT systems
