The role of the Program Support Specialist is to collaborate with staff in supporting the implementation of field office programs that provide case management and a range of social services for refugees and immigrants. Key responsibilities include assessing client needs, assisting with service planning, recommending and obtaining necessary resources, gathering information required for case managers to assist clients, setting up appointments, driving clients to appointments, providing interpretation when language abilities allow, organizing donated items and other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
