    Key Responsibilities:
    Perform comprehensive

    wound and ostomy assessments
    Develop and implement individualized

    wound care treatment plans
    Provide patient and family

    education on wound and ostomy management
    Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient recovery
    Monitor and document patient progress in

    Epic EMR
    Float between units as required
    Maintain compliance with facility policies and evidence-based practices

    Qualifications:
    Active RN License
    National Alliance of Wound Care & Ostomy Certification (Required)
    Previous wound care experience preferred
    Experience in rehabilitation or acute care settings preferred
