Serving the residential and commercial real estate industry, the company operates from four strategically located offices in Hanford, Porterville, Tulare, and Visalia, California.

With an experienced team, Chicago Title Tulare/Kings County offers expert support to real estate professionals, buyers, sellers, lenders, builders, and attorneys.

Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Receptionist located in Porterville, CA.

The Receptionist will handle a variety of responsibilities, including answering phones, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and managing other front desk operations.

The role involves providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients, as well as performing various clerical tasks to support office efficiency and maintain a professional work environment.

Qualifications
Bilingual Preferred
Proficient in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills to manage front desk operations and administrative tasks effectively.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients and team members professionally and courteously.
Strong Phone Etiquette for managing call handling and ensuring excellent phone communication.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain a well-organized workspace.
Proficiency with office equipment and basic computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required; prior receptionist or administrative experience is a strong advantage.
