    This boutique litigation law firm is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide varied support to a high-performing, busy partner. In this role, you will take the lead role in managing the Partners personal matters with diligence, discretion and poise while providing additional administrative support when needed. Tasks range for errand running, organization of personal items in the firm and at-home residence, managing personal calendars, and providing administrative right-hand support alongside the administrative team.     About the Job:

    • Run errands in the greater DC area based on prioritization; organize and pick up catering needs for lunch and dinner for the partner, manage personal finances, and maintain personal documents.
    • Maintain business and personal contacts and update inventories.
    • Assist with coordination of travel arrangements, itineraries, and reservations.
    • Prepare expense reports and track and enter attorney's time into the firm's billing system.
    • Maintain records of personal and work information in an organized, efficient system.
    • Extend professional assistance to the in-office support team, providing assistance to document editing and finalization, scheduling needs, and general office support.
    • Assist with various other duties as needed.

    About You:

    • Experienced. This role requires a four-year degree and ideally two (2) or more years of legal administrative office experience.
    • Hardworking. You can manage multiple projects and changing priorities in a deadline driven environment.
    • Flexible. You can adjust your work style to fit the needs of the people you are supporting. This role requires the ability to work late nights and weekends as needed.
    • Communicative. You have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to communicate quickly and efficiently.
    • Confidential. You are discreet and careful with confidential information.
    • Resourceful. You are excited taking on new tasks and think in terms of having a "back-up plan".
