The ideal candidate will have experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing broadband equipment, as well as excellent communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues. As a Broadband Technician at Astund you will be responsible for:

• Installing and configuring broadband equipment on customer premises;
• Maintaining accurate records of installations, repairs and maintenance work performed;
• Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during the installation or repair process;
