Our client is looking to hire a full-time Marketing Communications Specialist to support their team The ideal candidate will be a versatile Marketing Copywriter who can adapt style and tone to various audiences and marketing channels.

LOCATION:
Fully Remote (Office is open to candidate local to Detroit, MI)

JOB TYPE:
Contract-to-Hire, Hourly, W2, Benefits Optional*HOURS:

40 hours/week, potential for overtime

What you'll be doing:
Research, produce, and edit SEO-optimized content for blogs and website pages

Assist the social media team by crafting captions as needed

Develop taglines for various campaigns or promotions

Curate content for longer pieces such as articles or video scripts, including conducting interviews for research

Assist in the development of successful corporate press releases

Create and revise content for marketing materials like brochures, newsletters, ads, email campaigns, and more

Maintain and expand our brand's tone and style in all written materials

Minimum Qualifications:
1+ years of marketing communications and/or marketing copywriting experience

Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of marketing writing samples including press releases, blog posts, social media captions, newsletters, etc

Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strict brand guidelines

Who you are:
You are organized and have excellent time management skills

You have high attention to detail and can adapt your writing style for various audiences

You possess strong and consistent verbal and written communication skills

You are self-motivated and require minimal direction to get jobs done
