    Job Purpose:

    Dive into the colorful world of Hawaii Fluid Art as our Brand Manager, where your mission is to sprinkle a bit of our brand's magic across the digital realm. This role is a blend of creativity, strategy, and funperfect for those who think in hashtags and dream in pixels. You'll be the architect of our social media presence, working with the Director of Marketing and Brand Development Manager to paint a digital picture thats as engaging as it is strategic. Through crafting compelling content and diving deep into analytics, you'll help our brand not just grow, but flourish, across our vibrant network of over 30 studios (and growing).     Key Responsibilities:

    Social Media Management: Design and schedule posts for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. Customize captions while researching popular hashtags to uniquely boost each studio's visibility based on geographic location and local trends.

    Analytics & Insights: Monitor social media performance, adjusting strategies based on key metrics to enhance audience engagement and brand reach.

    Team Coordination: Communicate with the marketing team via Slack and weekly meetings to foster seamless collaboration. Organize and manage content effectively within Google Drive and Dropbox using organizational naming conventions.

    Platform Expertise: Use Meta Business Suite for content management, ensuring a cohesive brand presence online.

    Franchise Support: Work with franchise owners, offering marketing support and insights during requested meetings.

    Requirements:

    Graphic Design Experience: A minimum of 10 years of graphic design experience, with at least 3 of those years in a management capacity.

    Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency: Must have extensive experience working in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign.

    Education: Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design preferred, but experience can substitute for formal education.

    Portfolio: Applicants must provide a comprehensive creative portfolio demonstrating their graphic design prowess using Adobe Creative Suite.

    Copywriting Skills: Essential experience in copywriting for content postings.

    Software Proficiency: Experience with Meta Business Suite is a must. Knowledge of project management tools like Monday or Jira is a plus.

    Adaptability: Ability to excel in a fast-paced and fun online work environment.

    Performance Expectations:

    Organic Growth: Strategically enhance the social media presence of our franchise owners' accounts, focusing on organic growth. Key metrics for success include increased engagement rates and a growing follower base.

    Brand Consistency: Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms, ensuring content resonates with our target demographics.

    Campaign Management: Launch and oversee social media campaigns that effectively raise brand awareness and foster engagement with our audience.
