One of Alliance Solutions Group major clients in the Gilbert, AZ area is currently seeking a well-qualified, experienced Registered Pharmacist to work an overnight position for one of our most acclaimed clients.

Job Description:

As a Staff Pharmacist, your role is crucial in providing exceptional pharmacy services to our patients and partner organizations, reporting directly to the Pharmacist-in-Charge/Pharmacy Manager.

Your primary goal will be to uphold quality and patient safety standards while ensuring compliance with federal and state pharmacy regulations.

Responsibilities include:
Upholding security and privacy protocols for protected health information (PHI) in accordance with federal and state HIPAA regulations.
Updating and managing patient profile records as per state pharmacy regulations.

Adhering to all state and federal pharmacy regulations concerning the ordering, handling, and management of prescriptions and/or prescription drug products.

Active participation in pharmacy team meetings.
Ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures to drive quality efforts.

Compliance with state and pharmacy regulations outlined by the Arizona State of Pharmacy and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Maintaining a hygienic work environment as per FDA regulations.
Providing an exemplary pharmacy experience for all patients.
Conducting pharmacist duties such as drug utilization reviews, patient counseling, and dispensing activities.
Dispensing medications accurately, including interpretation, labeling, and product selection of prescriptions.
Overseeing technicians' workflow, verifying their preparation and labeling of pharmaceuticals, and ensuring accurate order entries, charges, and inspections.
Supervising the work of support personnel and ensuring infection-control protocols are followed.
Contributing to team efforts and accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Must have requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience
Experience in closed door pharmacies is preferred
Must have active AZ RPH license

Schedule- Three 12s-Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Overnights from 6p-6:30a

Pay Ranges- $62/hr base pay, $5/hr shift differential for working overnights

Projected Start Date- ASAP

Benefits are offered while on contract with ASG-Pharmacy. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) contribution. Benefits will start 30 days after employment.
