Human Resources Manager
to partner with our management team to shape the culture of our company and help scale the Human Resources department.
Human Resources Manager at Burma Food Group , you will be responsible for providing Human Resources leadership and support to all employees, as well as site leadership, through effective organizational design and execution of Human Resources strategy.
You will lead a Human Resources team, handle recruitment, employee development, employee relations, policy interpretation, compensation administration, and legal compliance.

Manage day-to-day HR transactions
Help us connect the right people with the right position/team
Manage and maintain the companys HRIS
Develop the HR strategy to attract, retain and develop employees to support the organizations short and long-term business goals.
Help us continue to strengthen our company culture
Manage the administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs
Maintain compliance with all state and federal laws in regions; updating forms, policies, procedures as needed
Manage leaves of absence including FMLA, disability, and others as needed
Manage employee benefit programs including health plans, life, disability, and workers compensation
Comply with the provisions of COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, and other legal requirements
Prepare annual employee census and obtain quotes for benefit renewal to determine recommendations for senior staff regarding renewal options
Qualifications We Look For:

Significant experience in Human Resources

Knowledgeable and confident with employment laws & regulations

Experience with ADP Workforce Now
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, and/or SHRM-SCP certifications are preferred
Ability to impact the culture through talent management and coaching, with a focus on risk mitigation, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and leadership development.
