Job summary
As a Senior Project Manager you will effectively manage commercial construction projects in the low-slope roofing category including sheet metal installation and masonry restoration by the scope of the contract.
- You will use your commercial roofing management and safety knowledge proactively as a champion for safety company-wide by demonstrating best practices working with the President on safety training and strategic initiatives.
- Represent the company with clients GCs architects consultants property managers Perform independent takeoffs for projects during pre-construction to set budget Manage all RFIsubmittals change orders Procure materials issue purchase orders Manage Superintendents Foremen Manage numerous large commercial projects simultaneously Manage material deliveries schedules staging phasing with Superintendents Provide operational direction leadership accountability in the field office Provide safety direction coordinate trainings for field management staff as necessary Track equipment assist with safety equipment inspections incident response Track report work progress percentage of completion on multiple projects Assist leadership team identifying excellent poor performance in field Possess high-level written verbal communication skill High competency computers software Work well member leader multiple teams Budget cost aware project investment Has an attitude ownership responsibility Self-directed effective completing tasks achieving goals The ideal person has following experience Preferred years at roofing subcontractor works big general contractors such as Clark Whiting Turner JMA Also Acceptable years at any subcontractor works big general contractors such as Clark Whiting Turner JMA Has processed submittals RFIchange orders material orders College degree STEM degree preferred Starting salary ranging from $150000 - $170000 Bonus dependent personal company performance Gas card provided Weeks PTO In-office role flexible hours Employer match Dental insurance Health insurance Opportunities advancement Paid time off Parental leave Vision insurance Holiday Pay
