    The opportunityDelaware North Sportservice is hiring a part-time Concessions Supervisor to join our team at KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York.

    What will you do?Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodationsManage labor and profit lossEnsure proper cash handling and tip record-keeping for the shiftAssist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessaryMore about youExperience working in a restaurant requiredMinimum of 2 years' of supervisory experience preferredMust be able to implement rules and direct employeesAbility to anticipate and fulfill guest needs while thriving in a fast-paced environmentNo college degree requiredPhysical requirementsConstant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally May be required to work outdoors or in variable temperatures depending on the season Shift detailsEventsWho we areDelaware North operates concessions, clubs, and suites for the NHL's Buffalo Sabres at KeyBank Center and has been a partner of the Sabres since 1970, the year the team was founded.
