    Job Title: Agency Success Manager

    About Steadily

    We are an insurance technology company specializing in rental property insurance for landlords. With a team of over 160 people, we manage $20B in risk and aim to become the world's best and largest insurer of rental properties.

    We deliver fast, affordable insurance and pay claims quickly and fairly. To achieve this, we hire exceptional engineers, actuaries, sales, and service professionals who build experiences for our clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive independent agent engagement to increase monthly quoting activity.
    • Serve as a technical lead for the UI quoting platform in the Independent Agency channel.
    • Host training webinars for agents, both pre-planned and ad-hoc.
    • Provide timely and excellent customer service to agents.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with agents.
    • Collaborate with the Director and Marketing on content creation to design innovative solutions based on agency feedback.
    • Cross-functional collaboration to define needs and prioritize tasks.

    Your Background:

    • You possess in-depth knowledge of Steadily's systems and the independent agency ecosystem.
    • You have a strong P&C insurance background and can discuss underwriting guidelines and principles.
    • You are highly tech-savvy and proficient in leveraging data and technology.
    • You can handle critical responsibilities with minimal oversight.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • $120,000 salary
    • Equity in the company
