The Director Culinary F B Operations leads operational support for onboard and onshore disciplines across new existing emerging luxury businesses within Marriott Internationals portfolio This role supports global culinary F B strategy optimizing guest experiences through innovative product development system enhancements collaboration with the business owner Brand Discipline Continent leadership The role also supports cross company initiatives projects across Marriotts brands as needed br br Key Responsibilities Facilitate collaboration between Luxury design development implementation of culinary restaurant bar concepts for business operations Collaborate with the Brand Discipline owners leadership to innovate elevate guest F B experiences Review approve design renovation plans with key executives ensuring design integrity operational efficiency align with Marriotts strategy owners goals Manage multiple projects balancing competing priorities across disciplines brands continents business owners Mentor guide culinary F B development teams fostering professional growth Serve subject matter expert for culinary standards operational best practices including Forbes Five Star requirements Drive sustainability initiatives support culinary training programs globally Represent Marriott industry events boards meetings facilitating knowledge sharing partnerships Conduct market research competitive analysis identify trends opportunities Utilize design thinking champion customer centric innovation improve guest engagement initiatives br br Candidate Profile Required Experience Bachelor degree Business Administration Hotel Restaurant Management Culinary Science related field Minimum years leadership experience luxury culinary restaurant bar operations preferably multi unit corporate cruise hotel rail experience Excellent project management change leadership capabilities Deep understanding luxury guest expectations demonstrated HOH FOH br
