Job summary
The Universal Banker will lead, coach and support Universal Bankers and Tellers by modeling excellent service behaviors and mentoring on sales, service and compliance routines. The role will guide clients and team members in the branch, providing support in complex transactions to ensure an exceptional client experience.Key responsibilities include championing risk and control by monitoring day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with policies while supporting the Branch Manager. Additionally, they will exhibit strong sales and service skills to present products and services while educating clients on utilizing available access channels.
The role requires a positive attitude towards learning new products through sales aids (features, benefits etc.) demonstrating customer first culture. They must provide exceptional service delivery to internal customers for resolving account issues promptly. This position involves standing 60-70% of the workday using various marketing tools like tablets or smart phones to present product offers.
