    Job Title: Claims Investigator at Delta Group

    Job Description:
    • Conduct timely investigations, interviews, and document loss locations.
    • Investigate insurance claims and provide status updates.
    • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
    • Communicate investigation findings to the Case Manager.


    Job Requirements:
    • Strong investigative skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to identify inconsistencies and interact effectively with various stakeholders.
    • Independence in work approach and excellent communication skills.
    • Proficiency in tools for insurance claims investigations and software like Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Objective perspective in tasks.


    Equipment Needed:
    • Laptop, Cell Phone, Recording device, Digital Camera, Tape measure.


    Educational Requirements:
    5-10 years of experience in insurance claims investigations preferred. The job level and salary will be based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
