Overview

Are you a dynamic and customer-focused leader with a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences? The Delegate, a contemporary, brick-clad hotel eatery known for its hearty American seafood and meat classics, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to elevate our guests' dining journeys.

As the Restaurant Manager, you'll play a vital role in curating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring impeccable service, and driving the highest standards of guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead the front of house team, setting a positive and motivating tone.
Ensure seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure, delivering exceptional service.
Oversee and optimize table reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlist management.
Train and develop staff to maintain service excellence, product knowledge, and upselling.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to synchronize the timing and quality of food service.

Qualifications

Experience in a leadership position
Experience in Hospitality
A great work ethic and attitude

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours).
Lift and carry up to 20 lbs (e.g., menus, highchairs, booster seats).
Reach, bend, and stoop occasionally.
Use hands and arms to operate reservation systems and phones.
Clear verbal communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a busy environment.
