    This is an outstanding opportunity for a rising sophomore or junior to explore a variety of business functions. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to sharpen your verbal and written communication skills, deepen your knowledge of government contracting, and work on meaningful projects supporting a mission-focused organization. The CACI Talent Acquisition team is a trend-setting team creating and testing innovative recruiting strategies. Our focus is clear: attract and retain the best talent to advance national security.

    This position will have a hybrid work schedule, with 80% being remote and 20% on-site or traveling to event locations.

    More About the Role:

    • Support operations initiatives including recruitment marketing, sourcing, the intern program, the redeployment program, bid and proposal efforts, the referral program, and more
    • Help research, plan, and execute talent-focused projects
    • Research talent marketing best practices and industry insights
    • Capture and analyze data to help us make informed talent decisions around our programs, strategies, and operations
    • Support in building external marketing and internal communication targeted outreach plans
    • Attend and support the execution of in-person and virtual recruiting events
    • Participate in the CACI intern program events and learning series
    You'll Bring These Qualifications:
    • Rising sophomore or junior pursuing a Business, Marketing, or Communications degree (or other closely related field)
    • Experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Ability to embrace a fast pace and execute on multiple assignments on tight deadlines
    • Ability to generate creative ideas and offer new solutions
    • A can-do attitude and a drive to make a business impact
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
    These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
    • Growth and learning mindset
    • Familiarity with social media marketing
    • Familiarity or experience planning and executing events
    • Previous experience in a marketing or events internship is a plus
    • Local to the D.C. Metro area and ability to occasionally travel for recruitment events

    The proposed salary range for this position is:
    $33,700-$58,100
