Duties
As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing quality occupational therapy services to patients

Your duties will include:

Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
Helping patients improve their ability to perform daily activities.
Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Monitoring and documenting patient progress.
Providing education to patients and their families.

Requirements
To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
SC State licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
Experience or knowlledge in geriatrics and long term care
Previous exp working in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
Strong understanding of medical terminology and physiology.
Ability to provide excellent patient service and care.
Knowledge of occupational health practices.
Proficiency in care plans
Requires min 5 lbs and max 45 lbs lifting, periodically and or as needed.
