OTR Drivers Wanted
About the JobAre you a skilled truck driver seeking a rewarding opportunity? We're currently seeking experienced drivers for both local and OTR routes in Fletcher, North Carolina. If you have a valid CDL and a passion for the open road, we want to hear from you

Average earnings $1,500 - $3,000 per week
Sign-on Bonus $2,500

Requirements:

• Class A CDL License & valid medical card
• At least 21 years old
• Preferable living area radius: 200 miles
• Ability to stay on the road for up to 9 days at a time
• MVR and PSP records should be reasonably clean
• Not prohibited in DOT Clearinghouse
• Negative drug test results
• No major convictions on the Criminal background check

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a variety of trucks and heavy equipment
• Load and unload materials or equipment onto trucks
• Follow specific routes and schedules for efficient delivery of goods
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating vehicles
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption
• Communicate with dispatchers or supervisors to report any issues or delays in delivery

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of commercial driving experience.
• Experience operating heavy equipment.
• Familiarity with different types of trucks, including tractor-trailers, dry vans, flatbed or reefer.

Skills and qualifications:

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) Class A
• Ability to safely operate heavy equipment and vehicles in various weather conditions
• Strong understanding of route planning and navigation systems
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries
• Attention to detail for accurate recordkeeping and reporting
